Performance horse medicine has been Dr. Hollan’s passion since falling in love with the athleticism of her first horse. At present, she is taking an animal chiropractic course at Options for Animals near Kansas City, Kansas. Upon completion, she will be certified in animal chiropractic and plans to serve performance horses through her practice.
Chelsie is originally from Southern Nevada, the land where Joshua Trees are relied on for shade. She got her first horse, Lady, when she was seven, and this led to gaming and high school rodeo where she excelled at chasing cans!
Chelsie and Jay Hollan live with their menagerie of horses, dogs, and cats in Snohomish. Jay is a local contractor and avid outdoorsman. Dr. Hollan still runs barrels, enjoys trail riding, reading, and the sun! (that’s the Southern Nevada DNA).
